“Working with the quirks of a period property”
A complete renovation of a quirky dark and gloomy period property.
The removal of a main wall and replacement of an out of date conservatory, made way for a bright kitchen diner and hand built oak orangery. An 80’s extension was clad in ban sawn oak. The entire house upgraded for modern use - electrics, plumbing, glazing, complete new heating system, underfloor heating downstairs with a small extension to create new bathroom.
